Pneumatic air caliper disc brake working principle
The system is driven by air, the diaphragm in the air tank pushes the pusher forward and the pads hold the rotating disc. When the air is discharged, the pusher comes back with the spring and the braking process is ended.
Purpose of pneumatic air caliper disc brake
To keep the movement at constant tension by means of proportional valve, Emergency stop function of moving mass, to ensure stop at certain times, Braking function at certain moment values.
