LB series sensor roller | load cell| tension detector for tension control system
The sensor roller of LB series is recommended for the web tension detecting during the web processing, in cantilever applications. The LB sensor roller has an high precision in detecting the web tension thanks to the two sensor with double metal foil right inside. This allows a great precision in load detecting and doesn’t affect the position of the material on the roller. The roller is fixed quickly and easily from one side only and the connector could be installed both inside or outside the machine frame.
The LB series sensor roller is available with a load range from 50 N to 500 N or on request.
