Especially when installed in the gear box, oil penetrated the internal branch of the housing through the shaft, so please seal it with film completely.
3, Note the surface temperature. Caused by continuous operation, the maximum temperature of the surface is below 90 degree when running more, than the value and durability will be greatly reduced. Make sure to limit the temperature will not above90 degree, make sure to keep the use of sliding within allowed work range.
Magnetic particle brake is a combine of drive unit (input shaft) and the slave unit (output shaft). Between the spaces of the two units, there is magnetic powder (about 40 microns area). When the magnetic coil is not conducting, the torque will not pass to the driven shaft from slave shaft, but if the coil is conducting, which will make the magnetic powder harden due to the magnetic force effective, and to pass the torque during continuously sliding. The principle of magnetic powder brake is the same as the principle of magnetic powder clutch, just to make the slave shaft into fixed unit.
