The basic structure of Clutches contains stator of Built-in coil, rotor which filled with Lining and armature plate & spring sheet fixed on the armature cam. The stator is mounted and fixed on a static components directly, such as bracket; the rotor is fixed on rotary shaft by a key; the stator and the rotor are combined to form a magnetic armature by a narrow air signal as a part of the magnetic circuit; the armature plate is opposed to the rotor and maintain a certain clearance; the armature unit for the through shaft is mounted on the shaft through a bearing.
When the magnetic field coil is energized, the stator generates a magnetic field, the armature plate is sucked and connected, meantime, the spring sheet stretching, other parts remain motionless, the connection action has been generated. When the power is off, the magnetic field disappears, and the armature plate is pulled back to the original position by the spring sheet due to the absence of the magnetic field, meantime, the clearance is formed, and connection disconnected.

What is Web Tension Control ?
Web tension control can be defined as the maintenance of a set amount of web tension (pull or force) for a material being processed. Often measured in oz, lbs, grams, kg, or newtons ¡ª proper tension must be maintained to prevent stretching, wrinkling, breaking or inconsistent registration of material during printing or converting processes.
Web tension control improves uniformity in coating applications and material lamination while decreasing the incidence of rewind defects such as crushed cores, starring and telescoping. When web tension is under control it can enable processes to run at higher speeds while reducing scrap, delivering a rapid return on investment that boosts producers' long term profitability.
Where is web tension control most commonly used?
Web tension control is most commonly used in three zones: Unwind (infeed), Intermediate (process), and Rewind (take up).
In the unwind zone, infeed roll hold-back torque is often controlled by an electric or pneumatic brake. The web strain or tension resulting from this torque is regulated by a closed-loop controller to prevent web drooping, stretching or wrap-up incidents ahead of transiting to the intermediate zone.
Proper maintenance of intermediate zone tension is often critical to ensuring the quality of coating, laminating, curing, treating or slitting processes. This zone is typically controlled by a set of driven nip rollers which dictate line speed to the entire system. This speed reference is matched in the unwind and rewind by virtue of having to accelerate or decelerate in order to maintain a desired tension set point.
Proper tension in the rewind zone ensures under or over-tight rolls and their associated defects are prevented. Rewind zone torque is often controlled by the motor drives of center or surface winders. Implementing progressive taper tension techniques during winding is an effective way to ensure finished rolls maintain spring tension stability and do not experience material shift and core deformation during handling and storage.

Web Guide Control system
Sunrise Group web guide control system is typically a mechanical structure that makes contact with the material and moves the web material. Depending on the type of web guide, the shape and size of the guide mechanism are varied. An actuator moves the web guide mechanism to guide the web at the appropriate location.
A web edge sensor or a web position sensor detects the position of the web materials. This measurement is used to determine and control the desired position of the materials.
The web guide controller is the brain of the web guiding system. The controller uses the measurement from the sensor to determine the necessary corrective action. The controller then command the actuator to move the guide mechanism to actively control the web position.
Design of Web Guide Control System
The design includes two rollers (or more) on the web guide mechanism that rotate about an imaginary pivot point. Hence they are also called an offset-pivot guide.
The two rollers guide platform enables pure displacement of the web with minimal bending stresses on the web. This pure displacement action enables web correction with minimal entry and exit span requirements.
