Contrast sensor information
The TL46 digital contrast sensor is characterized in terms of resolution, definition and precision of the light spot emitted by RGB LEDs, fast response time and high switching speed. The sensor, developed in a sturdy metal housing with standard mounting, is available for applications requiring innovative technology at the best price/performance ratio.
Ultrasonic sensor applies the principle of high frequency ultrasonic linear transmission to detect the edge of the material, comparing to photoelectric sensor, it will not be affected by the transparency of the materials. Thus it is very convenient and no need to adjust. It is suitable for edge application of opaque material (such as plastic film, paper etc¡ and transparent material, such as cloth, but not for non-woven fabrics.).
Ultrasonic sensor feature:
1. Support analogue /on-off output, can match with EPC-A10 or
EPC-D12 web guiding controller to use;
2. Suitable for edge-tracking application of opaque, transparent and
ultra-transparent film and line-tracking ultra-transparent thin film;
3. No need adjustment and calibration manually;
4. 200K ultrasonic correlation;
5. 0.05 mS response time;
6. Detecting range: 6 mm, detecting precision: 0.05 mm;
7. With own offset display.
Tension control system
(1) The menu function enables storage and reading of 4 types of operation data.
(2) The optional memory cassette enables reading of operation data and writing of data in the other STC-858A tension controller.
(3) The controller has a weak excitation function for powder clutch / powder brake.
This function will improve the torque rising operation in low-speed operation mode or during the initial start-up of machine.
Function of Tension Controller
1. Prossessing graphic LCD wit Chinese and English display, and it can be operated simply.
2. The controlling function of the full-automatic tension sensor and the roll diameter tension can be optional.
3. Digitized design/non adjustable potentiometer/simple tension calibration process, accurate/stable/dependable tension measurement.
4. Receiving single/double sensor input singal, application to all kinds of the sensor as input singal.
1) Selection special micto-displacement tension controller (input singal range is 220mV, power supply is 5V)
2) Selection special train gauge tension controller (input singal range is 20mV, power supply is 10V)
5. Testing roll diameter through proximity switches to achieve the functions of taper tension control.
6. Possessing the functions of optional serial communication, selectiong the RS 232 communication interface to form a distributed control system with PLC, PC.
7. Using non overshooting tension in the process of the start and stop of the system by using non overshooting algorithm PID.
8. Possessing the funtion of biaxial switching and acceleration/deceleration contolling.
9. Bumpless switching in automatic/manual control mode.
10. Using password protection parameters to prevent accidental change.
